Christopher D. Adams has dedicated his practice to the areas of corporate law, commercial real estate and tax matters. His corporate experience includes working with a diverse range of transactional and litigation matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, acquisitions, partner disputes and succession planning. His commercial real estate experience includes drafting leases, lease litigation, land use litigation, purchase and sales, and environmental contamination. Mr. Adams’ clients range from individuals, families and small local businesses to large national businesses and S&P 500 companies with holdings in Western Washington. In addition to his law degree (JD), Mr. Adams holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Masters in Tax Law (LLM).
As an active resident of the Snohomish County community, Mr. Adams currently serves as the board President of Sherwood Community Services (helping children and adults with disabilities), as a commissioner on the City of Everett Planning Commission and as a member of Rotary. Mr. Adams also advises and represents several local nonprofit organizations, such as the Assistance League of Everett and Refugee and Immigrant Services Northwest.
